Heat Pump Cycle System
Evaporator: Absorbs heat from ambient air, vaporizing low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant.
Compressor: Compresses gaseous refrigerant to increase temperature and pressure.
Condenser: Releases heat from high-temperature refrigerant to warm air in the drying chamber.
Expansion Valve: Reduces refrigerant pressure and temperature before it re-enters the evaporator, completing the cycle.
Drying Process
Moisture in materials evaporates under hot airflow. Humid air is dehumidified via the heat pump system, with heat recovered for reuse, forming a closed-loop cycle that minimizes energy waste.
