1. Preliminary Preparation

1. Prepare the necessary raw materials:

2. Rice: Select early-season rice or Gui Chao rice, ensuring good quality.

3. Prepare auxiliary materials:

  1. Starch: Prepare the starch to be added.
  2. Water: Use clean, hygienic drinking water.
  3. Cooking Oil: Prepare edible oil if needed.

2. Washing and Water Control of Rice

1. Put the prepared rice into the rice washing barrel and clean it by shaking and rolling using a vacuum machine.

2. After washing, soak the rice in a soaking barrel for about 2 hours.

3. After soaking, drain the water from the rice for 2 hours.

3. Production Process

1. Grinding: The rice is ground using a self-priming grinder and transferred to the rice flour storage tank.

2. Automatic Weighing and Mixing: The PLC control system controls the rice flour tank, starch tank, and water ratio. The ingredients are then transferred to the automatic mixing machine, where the materials are mixed thoroughly.

3. Automatic Feeding: The mixed material is fed automatically to the main machine through an automatic feeding system.

4. Automatic Production: The material enters the main machine, where high-temperature, high-pressure, high-speed rotation of the screw forms the rice noodles through molds.

5. Automatic Cutting: The formed rice noodles enter the cutting and conveying machine, where they are automatically hooked onto rods and cut.

4. Post-Processing

1. Aging: The cut rice noodles are placed on a small cart and pushed into the aging room for sealing and aging for about 6 hours.

2. Shredding: The aged rice noodles are soaked in cold water and then placed in an automatic shredding machine to separate the noodles. At this point, the rice noodles are fresh and must be refrigerated.

3. Drying: If necessary, the fresh rice noodles are low-temperature dried for about 8 hours. After drying, the rice noodles become dry and can be stored at room temperature for easier storage.
