Working principle
The Rice Grinder is mainly composed of a housing, a crushing chamber door, a rotor, a fixed tooth disc, a screen, a feed pipe, a discharge hopper and other components.
When working, the motor drives the belt and pulley, and the material is sucked into the crushing chamber through the feed pipe. Under the impact of the high-speed rotating flat teeth and square teeth, the material rubs and collides with the rotor, fixed tooth plate, and screen plate, and is quickly crushed into fine powder. At the same time, under the action of centrifugal force and airflow, the material with qualified particle size passes through the screen hole and is discharged from the discharge hopper.
